Levon Chaushyan 3rd competition

The Friends of Conservatory Foundation, with the sponsorship of US based donors of Friends of Komitas Conservatory NGO, has organized the 3rd Levon Chaushyan Competition for the Komitas State Conservatory students of Yerevan and Gyumri. The competition took place in Gyumri on 1st and 2nd of June.

In 2024 the Competition was open for classical singers in two categories: male and female. Both students and their professors have been awarded a prize fund of 1.7 million AMD. A total of 16 prizes were given. The partner of the Competition, Arno Babajanyan Concert Hall will host the gala concert of the laureates during the 2024-2025 season.

In 2025 the Competition will be open for ensembles: trio, quartet, quintet.
